Decide What You Want Your Subconscious Mind to Believe

What do You Want Your Subconscious Mind to Believe?

Get ready to adult up.

There will be no more tantrums, picky eating, I can’ts and bad habits.

Beliefs you picked up in childhood (I hate broccoli) aren’t necessarily permanent.

New experiences (broccoli with ooey-gooey cheese) and a deliberate choice (I’m eating a veggie today) can “update” the old beliefs, altering your subconscious responses.

You may not love broccoli, yet you might find green beans, a salad, or roasted vegetables become your go to once you start eating like an adult.

Your subconscious mind is like a garden, constantly growing and changing depending on what seeds you plant (thoughts, feelings, experiences) and how you tend your garden (through awareness, repetition, and emotional focus).

Sometimes we need to go in and pull the weeds of discontent, self-sabotage, and the drama and upset. These are the patterns, habits, and beliefs that live in our subconscious that we use yet don’t enjoy.

Hypnosis deliberately influences your subconscious mind to work for you instead of against you.

You, too, can deliberately influence your subconscious mind by consistently feeding it the kinds of thoughts, images, and experiences you want it to act on.

Your subconscious works like an autopilot. If you don’t program it on purpose, it runs on old patterns.

Patterns we bought during our formative years (conception to age seven), during our group socialization years (10 to 22), and incidents that happened that caught us off guard or created trauma as an adult.

The subconscious accepts ideas faster when they’re linked to strong feelings.

What if I told you we could release the negative feelings during hypnosis.

The subconscious doesn’t fully distinguish between imagined events and real ones.

Then in hypnosis, like an actor, you rehearse doing what you want to do in a different way.

Our subconscious and mind respond to repetition, emotion, and better stories.

When you’re ready to make a change, I’ll be your change-maker.
